Lemon & Ginger Smoothie
80g frozen pineapple or mango chunks
150ml unsweetened almond milk
3 tbsps fresh lemon juice
1 tsp fresh ginger, finely grated
50g Greek yoghurt (use dairy free if preferred)
25g vanilla flavour whey or plant-based protein powder
